Eagles: The tape from the Seahawks game is not pretty. The coaching staff should do themselves a favor, and throw it out. Mark Sanchez was the mediocre quarterback that everyone thought he was before the season. The Eagles need to play to their strength. In the loss to the Seahawks, the Eagles had no speed. The strength of this team is the Chip Kelly tempo. The Eagles offense and defense play at such a high tempo that opposing defenses struggle to match the same level of conditioning as the offense. Philadelphia cannot allow their opposing defenses to dictate the offense tempo. Also, Darren Sproles must have a bigger impact on the game. Against the Seahawks, Sproles had zero receptions and four carries for zero yards. The Eagles seemingly left Sproles out of the offensive game plan and made it easy for the Seahawks to zero in on LeSean McCoy. The Eagles need to use a medley of running-backs to vary the pace. The more the offense runs through the ground game, the better their chance of victory.

Cowboys: A commitment to the running game made Dallas a top-tier team in the first half of the season. Poor quarterback play combined with lack of commitment to the run has done in Dallas in all of its losses. One area were Dallas excels is on the road. Dallas has played very well on the road this season with a 6-0 record. This week will go a long way in determining the division winner. In the past few seasons, Dallas and Philadelphia have split the series. With the Eagles already winning a game two weeks ago, Dallas must win this Sunday. With so many teams in playoff position, the loser of this game could find themselves on the outside of the playoffs with double-digits in the win column.
