Dancing with the Stars season 20 gets underway this coming Monday March 16th. I’m going to take a look at the odds of the contestants and I’ll give you my predicted winner of season 20!

She’s a gold medal winning gymnast, won the gold in the individual all-around competition in the 2008 Olympics. Hough has won Dancing with the Stars a record 5 times, this is his 15th season on the show.

Noah Galloway – 4/1 – Galloway is a military soldier veteran that went to combat in Iraq and lost his left arm. He’s now a personal trainer. He is paired up with professional dancer Sharna Burgess. Burgess’s best finish on DWTS was 5th place with partner Charlie White, this is her 5th season on the show.

Riker Lynch – 7/1 – Lynch is the lead singer and bassist in the band R5. He’s also an actor and dancer. He is paired up with professional dancer Allison Holker. Holker’s best finish on DWTS was 9th place with partner Jonathan Bennett, this is her 2nd season on the show.

Michael Sam – 9/1 – Sam is a National Football League player (but has never played in a regular season game) who is currently a free agent in search of a team. He played football at the University of Missouri. He is paired up with professional dancer Peta Murgatroyd. Murgatroyd has won DWTS 1 time, with partner Donald Driver, this is her 8th season on the show.

Redfoo – 12/1 – Redfoo is a musician in the musical duo LMFAO. He is the youngest son of Motown Records founder Berry Gordy Jr. He is paired up with professional dancer Emma Slater. Slater’s best finish on DWTS was 4th place with partner Bill Engvall, this is her 4th season on the show.

Suzanne Somers – 12/1 – Somers is an actress best known for her role as Chrissy on the comedy sitcom Three’s Company. She’s been in multiple movies and tv shows. She is paired up with professional dancer Tony Dovolani. Dovolani has won DWTS 1 time with partner Melissa Rycroft, this is his 19th season on the show.

Patti LaBelle – 16/1 – LaBelle is a singer that’s been in the music scene since 1958 (when she was 14). She’s also been an actress on tv. She is paired up with professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev. Chigvintsey has won DWTS 1 time with partner Kara Tointon, this is her 5th season on the show.

Rumer Willis – 16/1 – Willis is a budding actress best known as the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore. She is paired up with professional dancer Valentin Chmerkovskiy. Chmerkovskiy’s best finish on DWTS was 2nd place with partner Zendaya, this is his 8th season on the show.

Willow Shields – 16/1 – Shields is an actress best known for her work in the movie series The Hunger Games. She is paired up with professional dancer Mark Ballas. Ballas has won DWTS 2 times, this is his 16th season on the show.

Charlotte McKinney – 20/1 – McKinney is a model that was featured in a Carl’s Jr ad during the Super Bowl. She is paired up with professional dancer Keoikantse Motsepe. Motsepe’s first season on DWTS was season 19, he and his partner Lolo Jones were eliminated 1st.

Robert Herjavec – 20/1 – Herjavec is businessman-investor best known for his work as one of the investors on the ABC show Shark Tank. He is paired up with professional dancer Kym Johnson. Johnson has won DWTS 2 times, this is her 14th season on the show.

Chris Soules – 25/1 – Soules appeared as the Bachelor on the 19th season of the show. He was originally see on the 10th season of the Bachelorette. He is paired up with professional dancer Witney Carson. Carson won season 19 of DWTS with partner Alfonso Ribeiro, this is her 3rd season on the show.

Predicted Winner

Being a strong favorite, it’s hard to pick against Nastia Liukin. Her gymnast background will be a major advantage. In reality she has a double advantage since her pro dancing partner is 5-time winner Derek Hough. It almost seems not fair to pair those 2 up. I like Liukin with 7/4 odds. My dark-horse pick is Redfoo at 12/1, I think he’ll become a big time fan favorite and continue to move through the competition with a popularity vote.
